Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

 

Shipping in the USA: 

All dress orders ship with free first class shipping in the USA. Orders normally take 2-3 weeks for us to prepare and package. With another 3-7 days of shipping time depending on where you live. We'll do our best to meet these processing and shipping estimates but can not guarantee them. If you would like a shipping upgrade, or on a tight time frame, please contact us prior to ordering. If your dress size or color is not in stock and will take longer than the 7-10 days we will notify you by email with an updated time frame. 
 

International Shipping:

Currently we do not offer any international ordering or shipping.      
 

Cancellations:

We are unable to honor cancellation requests after your order is placed.

Refunds:

Lisa Ann's Creations does not currently offer refunds.  But, we accept exchanges on dresses only. Please see full details below.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted for dress orders only

- contact us within 7 days of receipt at lisagirlnc@gmail.com

- receive an authorization number and ship item(s) back.  You are responsible for return shipping cost. (USPS pricing ranges from $5-$8) 

- Items must be returned in new condition, unworn or washed and received within 10 days from when you receive an authorization number.   

- Place a new order so we can make a new dress. 

- Once exchanged dress is returned, a refund will be given for your first order minus a $7 fee per item returned. 

If an error was detected on our part, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you receive the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame.
